Chilean Police 1992 Chevrolet Opala Diplomata

This is another update from me, continuing the "retro" theme I've been using since releasing the 707 skin.

Instructions are in the LEEME file.

The mod includes a working dashboard and steering wheel. I've also added the skin and fixed the dirt maps.
