--HOW TO INSTALL--
For FiveM > Drag "infss" into your resources, then put "start infss" in your server.cfg
For Replace (SP) Put Lurcher (all 3 files) into this directory in openIV > GTAV>update>x64>dlcpacks>mphalloween>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles>hwvehicles.rpf
For Replace (FiveM) Make a folder called lurcher, Then Copy the resource.lua out of infss, then make a folder called stream, then put lurcher (all 3 files) into the stream folder, then put the resource.lua outside of the stream folder, Then do (in your server.cfg) "start lurcher"
