1. 1. Open "OpenIV"
2. 2. Select Grand Theft Auto V
3. 3. Then go to "update.rpf" make a copy in mods folder by pressing "Show in "mods" folder".
4. 4. Then go to mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks
5. 5. Paste the file (10camssscpd) inside this path
6. 6. then go to update > update.rpf > common > data > scroll down and open "dlclist.xml"
7. 7. paste this line with other Items "dlcpacks:/10camssscpd/"
8. 8. save and close.
9. 9. Open the game and spawn it by using "TrainerV" then type: 10camssscpd
