This vehicle mod introduces a Buffalo S police cruiser styled after the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro from "Fast Five". The flashing lights closely resemble those depicted in the movie, achieved through a custom carcols.meta file. The police emblem has been playfully adapted to fit the GTA universe's humor.
