Adding the Vehicle:

1. Copy the "update" folder to your main game directory.
2. Use OpenIV to export the following file:
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
   Open the exported file with Notepad and add the following line:
   dlcpacks:\E46\
   Save the changes and replace the original file.

Spawning the Vehicle:

Use a vehicle spawner mod that allows you to spawn vehicles by name. Enter "E46" to spawn the car.
