Beta Tracked Control System for D7R Dozers

I was able to achieve the desired behavior by nearly maximizing the steering lock, experimenting with other settings, and activating the "steer all wheels" flag for the D7R add-on. My gratitude goes out to Tall70 and the GTA mods wiki for their assistance in understanding flags. Significant updates to my other handling modifications are on the horizon, along with the introduction of new ones. Dozer: I have increased power and torque slightly to enhance its ability to push objects. Turning at full speed will result in stopping and pivoting in place unless you gently tap the direction you intend to turn. It may occasionally experience some slippage when attempting to turn around on uneven terrain. Trying to turn around with a heavy or stationary object obstructing your path might also cause unrealistic sliding. I am working on a solution for this issue, but other projects require my attention at present. Installation instructions are included in the readme file. You must copy and paste the provided separate data to utilize it for the vanilla/replaced dozer.
