The Beechcraft 1900 is a pressurized twin-engine turboprop fixed-wing aircraft designed as a regional airliner. It can carry 19 passengers and also functions as a freight aircraft and corporate transport for governmental and military organizations. With the rise of larger regional jets, Raytheon ceased production in October 2002.

The aircraft excels at transporting passengers in all weather conditions from airports with shorter runways. It boasts a range exceeding 600 miles (970 km), although operators typically utilize a smaller portion of its full-fuel capacity. Its enduring popularity is reflected in the high number of units produced and continued use by numerous passenger airlines and other entities.
