Changelog Final

This was sitting around on my computer for a while i forgot about it

The motor sound is set up like a hybrid now when its going slow the motor is more prevalent and dies off as it gains momentum
It is actually supposed to be fully electric with an infinte amount of power they used a sheppards tone as an auditory illusion to seem like
the motor is always increasing its revs. Would be cool to see a soundmod made with that effect

Fixed the way the player was sitting, made the mechanical adjustments wheels so that it would be possible for the wheels to roll if the model was real, finalised other minor things.

Completly new model thanks @kazuki, propper body seat position,hands and feet correctly positioned, nice details nice handling and this is a WIP so more to come
