Truck converted from 18 Wheels of Steel Extreme Trucker 2
1. Open open-iv and go to (x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf)
2. Go into Edit Mode
2. Un-zip the downloaded file
3. Click on the green plus icon, navigate to the unzipped file and copy the file
