Installation Replace the "visualsettings.dat" file in the following location: (mods)\update\update.rpf\common\data
That's it! Manual Installation Go to the following location: (mods)\update\update.rpf\common\data Inside, locate the file called "visualsettings.dat" and search for "neon". Adjust the "car.neon.intensity" and "car.neon.radius" values according to your preference.
