Install (replace):
Car : update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday4ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
Handling : update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\common\data

Add-on (BY GTAFan0802):

1. Copy datsunny folder to
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV extract
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
   then use notepad open it,add new line
   
   dlcpacks:\datsunny\
   
   Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
3. Spawn it by name datsunny
