Download a custom gameconfig along with the required heapadjuster and scripts. If this then still persists, uninstall your other vehicle mods.

Installation Instructions in the .zip Please report any bugs in the comments. I won't listen anyway :) Unless its a major issue. You may use this vehicle mod in your FiveM server as long as its not a reward for a donation / exclusive to one person. If I've missed some credits, please let me know and I'll amend.
