Annis Elegy: Tactical Mission Planning Data Expansion

This special version of the Annis Elegy was used by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department in 1997 during a surge in Wangan illegal street racing. Today, these cars are either preserved at the Police Museum or left to decay in junkyards. Now you have the opportunity to own one and experience life as a hardened Japanese law enforcer.

Installation Instructions:

1. Place the "elegyp" folder into mods\update\x64\dlcpacks 2. Add the following line -> dlcpacks:\elegyp\ to the dlclist.xml file (located at mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)
