Installation:

1. Place the “14r8” folder into:
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Using OpenIV, open the path:
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
   Add the following line:
   dlcpacks:\14r8\
3. Using OpenIV, open the path:
   X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta
   Add the following lines:
   dlc_14r8:/
   update:/dlc_patch/14r8/
