I Recommend That You Should Use The Mods Folder.

Install:-

1. by using open iv go to Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data and edit dlclist.xml then add this line: dlcpacks:\m113\
2. put m113 folder in Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
3. done you can spwan it by using Trainer with name m113
