Advancing Mobile Unit

Fixes implemented in version 1.1:
Resolved an issue where the model caused game crashes.
Removed unnecessary clutter from the back of the van.
Deleted traffic cones.
Added a custom license plate.
This is the first vehicle mod I've created.
