Installation
Copy the 19gt500 folder to:
/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
Use OpenIV to extract:
/Grand Theft Auto V/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml
Use Notepad to open it and add a new line:
dlcpacks:/19gt500/
Save the file and use OpenIV to replace it.
