In Sweden, Securitas Skyddsvakter guard locations of national importance on a private contract from the government. These guards are specially trained and armed in order to ensure no unauthorized access to the locations. Examples where you can find Skyddsvakter are on Arlanda Airport and the nuclear power plants in Sweden.
