Installation：
1: Copy the 18Velar folder to:
X: Grand Theft Auto V update x64 dlcpacks
2: Export with OpenIV
X: Grand Theft Auto V update update. rpf common data dlclist. XML file
Then open it in Notepad and add the following line:
dlcpacks:\18Velar\Item>
Save and replace.
Use the name-based brush modifier to brush the car, enter: 18 Velar
