1:Copy the "mg500" folder to (update/x64/dlcpacks)
----------------------------------------------------------------
2:Use OpenIV extract X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml then use notepad open it, add new line

dlcpacks:\mg500\

Save it and use OpenIV to replace it.
You can use Simple Trainer Spawn it by name:
mg500[Black front bumper]
mg5002[Body's colour front bumper]

replace:

1.Replace the 3 dubsta files in the following RPF:
.\Grand Theft Auto V\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
