1. Place “exemplar.yft”, “exemplar_hi.yft”, and “exemplar.ytd” into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/pathday13ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicle.rpf 2. Use a trainer to spawn the vehicle by name "exemplar".
