Installation:
Drop it in your resources folder, ensure the resource "M4LCI" in your server.cfg

[Add-On]

Installation:
1.Go to:GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
2. Extract dlclist.xml and add this line: dlcpacks:\m4lci\
3. Go to:GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. and make a folder called m4lci
5. add the included dlc.rpf file
6. Start the game, spawn name: m4lci
