How to install:

Add-on version: Copy 17octavia folder to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks. Add the following line to dlclist.xml:

dlcpacks:/17octavia/

dlclist.xml path: \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data

Replace version: Replace the files in x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles/vehicles.rpf
