1. Add new line:
dlcpacks:\accord17\ to file .\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
2. Copy the accord17 folder into the dlcpacks folder:
.\update\x64\dlcpacks\accord17
3. Spawn car name using a trainer: accord17
