2016 Ariel Nomad: Customization Options

The 2016 Ariel Nomad is originally a Forza Horizon 3 model. The model is unlocked, so feel free to make edits. If you make significant changes, you have permission to upload your alternate version as long as you give credit.

  • -All new edits are to the add-on version, not the replace version-
  • Better wheel texturing (slightly darker sidewalls)
  • Hands correctly positioned on wheel
  • Custom working speedometer

Features

Everything works: lights, breaking glass, oil spill, custom wheels, tints, extra lights, paint, etc. all work perfectly (except no speedometer on the replace version).

Extras

Extras include the spare tire, the rear bumper (real Nomads sometimes have this off), a custom bullbar, custom sidesteps & rear rack.

Bugs

1. Reverse lights glow a little at night even when not reversing (still light up brighter when you reverse though)
2. Wheels have an odd (Slight or major depending on your enb/graphics mods) color variation between sidewall and tread, may possibly have a tiny wobble too. The add-on version has better wheels (darker sidewalls), the replace version still needs updating.
3. BUG WITH REPLACE VERSION: if you exit the vehicle, you can't re-enter. This bug might be fixable by replacing a different car. For now, consider using the add-on version as it does not have this bug.

The download contains:

• The standard Ariel Nomad livery (this is already applied)
• A Weed livery
• A Monster Energy livery
• A blank file for if you want no livery. This file also gives you alternate wheel textures.

The liveries don't prevent the car from being painted, they show more clearly when you paint the car white. If you want to make your own livery it's easy enough to see on the existing liveries which part does what.

Installation

Replace:

Replaces Sandking. If you choose to replace a different vehicle, avoid Dune BfInjection and Brawler as those three are incompatible due to the suspension.
