• Place the config els file: vls1.xml in Grand Theft Auto 5\ELS\pack_default
• Place the folder vls1 in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
• Edit the dlclist.xml file in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and add this line at the end: dlcpacks:\vls1\ then save.
