Installation:

1. Place the config els: vlcc.xml in Grand Theft Auto 5\ELS\pack_default
2. Place the folder vlcc in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
3. Edit the file dlclist.xml in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and add this line at the end: dlcpacks:\vlcc\ then save.
