OpenIV\GTA V\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mpheistvehicles.rpf\

Then go into rebuild, choose "vehicles.rpf" rebuild and close.

*Make a backup of the orginal file*
