Installation:

1. Place the config els file (vlcg.xml) in Grand Theft Auto 5\ELS\pack_default
2. Place the vlcg folder in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
3. Edit the dlclist.xml file in Grand Theft Auto 5\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and add the following line at the end: dlcpacks:\vlcg\ then save.
