1994-1999 Cadillac DeVille Modification Pack: Performance & Visual Enhancements

This modification pack enhances the 1994-1999 Cadillac DeVille in-game, offering both performance and visual upgrades. The standard model features a 4.9 L L26 V8 engine introduced in 1996 and boasts realistic detailing.

The pack includes:

• Tuning options: Two custom high-end trim level bonnets, lowrider plaques, and the "LWYRUP" license plate (a nod to Saul Goodman from Breaking Bad).
• VehFuncsV support for working wipers.
• A completely reworked interior and exterior with new seats, speedometer, added dials, functioning mirrors, and various new textures.
• Functional lowrider hydraulics.
