1979 Lincoln Continental Town Coupe Mod with Level of Detail (LOD) Support

This is a mod for the fifth generation (1970–1979) Lincoln Continental. For the 1970 model year, Lincoln introduced the fifth-generation Lincoln Continental, building on the success of the Mark III introduced the year before. Lincoln sought to modernize the Continental for the 1970s after a nine-year production run. Although shorter in wheelbase and slightly narrower than 1958–1960 Lincolns, the addition of 5-mph bumpers make 1977–1979 Lincolns the longest automobiles ever produced by Ford Motor Company. For 1979, the interior underwent further updating, as the Mercury-sourced dashboard received additional wood trim. The 460 V8 was deleted from the Lincoln/ Mark V model line entirely, leaving the 400 V8 as the sole engine.

Installation:

1. Use OpenIV to make these changes.
2. Extract "dlclist.xml" with OpenIV from -----> \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data
3. Add a new line " dlcpacks:\continental79\" in dlclist.xml
4. Save and replace the old file "dlclist.xml" ------> \ update \ update.rpf \ common \ data
5. Copy the continental79 folder into the dlcpacks folder -----> \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks
6. Spawn carname using a trainer.
