1978 Plymouth Fury: Law Enforcement Vehicle with Working Wipers

This is the first 1978 Plymouth Fury Police car for a GTA game. The vehicle features three different lightbars, all working game features, and other small working parts.

• Edited some textures
• Created a custom dirt texture
• Adjusted seat position
• Added three new lightbars
• Implemented working wipers
• Side mirrors now breakable and crash upon impact
• Ram bars are now breakable (both sides independently)
• Improved mirror reflection
• Added new liveries
• Made other minor adjustments
