Install:
Open "Open IV"
Place "Handling" here:
update\update.rpf\common\data (copy to mods folder)
drag and drop, Done!!!

Place "Manana" files here:
update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday21ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\ (copy to mods folder)
drag and drop, Done!!!
Its unlocked meaning you can edit the car files with zmodeler, just give credits to the people mentioned above.
