1957 Plymouth Package: Enhanced Vehicle with Functions and Optimized Models

Conversion: GreenAid

Features:
- correct working lights, running lights and all (refer to extra light settings provided)
- LODs
- realistic performance and physics
- factory spawn colours, as close as I could get them (requires classic-car-colours-greenaid)
- extras
- custom gear ratios (custom-gear-ratios), strongly recommended because of the default system not working very good with 2 gears
- VehFuncs support

Issue:
- there may be slight clipping with some animations

CHANGELOG:
- 1.0: first release
- 1.1: fixed the Belvedere missing rear seat dummies, added VehFuncs features (wipers and fan)
