Tools for Meta Analysis

Meta Toolkit is a tool designed for use with GTAV that enables the editing of various file types:

• definition files (*.ytyp)
• placement files (*.ymap)
• manifest files (*.ymf)
• meta files (*.ymt, limited to resource files, excluding PSO files)

To utilize the tool, simply drag and drop a file onto the executable. This will convert it into an XML format. Dragging and dropping the XML file back onto the executable will revert it to its original format. Be aware that many fields within the XML remain unidentified. Users are encouraged to experiment with these unknown fields and share their findings in the designated GTAForums thread.

It is crucial to create backups of your GTAV files before employing this tool.

Refrain from using GTA Online if you have edited any files, as I cannot be held responsible for potential account bans.
