Managing Files with OIV

This is an OIV package file containing the locations of all "handling.meta" files in GTA5. You can open this file using WinRAR or 7zip. Once opened, locate the desired "handling.meta" file within the folders and drag it to your desktop (remembering its location). Now you can edit this file using any handling editor (available in tools on this site) or a text editor like Notepad++. After completing your edits, reopen the OIV package file and drag and drop your modified "handling.meta" back into its original folder. Save the changes and install the mod using the OpenIV package installer. It's simple! Enjoy modding.

Please note that this mod itself doesn't make any changes until you modify the "handling.meta" files and install them with OpenIV. I created it to simplify the process of creating and managing handling mods.

"gameconfig.xml" is necessary to prevent game crashes and can be found on this site.
