GTA V Vehicle Customization Tool

This tool provides a straightforward and visually appealing method for adjusting your 'handling.meta' file.

Its primary goal is to offer users an intuitive way to modify the handling attributes of any vehicle.

The tool was conceived based on a suggestion from ZZCOOL.

Changelog:

• Modified the backup creation process slightly.
• Added tooltips to most controls, including all variable fields.
• Included descriptions for each category.
• 'Multi-Apply' buttons added; apply a single variable change to numerous vehicles simultaneously.
• Introduced a 'Hex Editor' option for 'strModelFlags' (currently undergoing testing).
• Reorganized all variables into more relevant categories.
