Grand Theft Auto Overseer 0.21.06
Mod ManagerDescription
Grand Theft Auto Overseer
Modifications:
- Ensure that no modifications are installed before launching the program for the first time.
- Specify the path to your installed game and mods folder.
- Add modifications to the mods folder (folders and all file types are supported).
- Click "Add Mods" and then open the game to activate your modifications.
- To remove modifications, simply click "Rem. Mods."
- Save folder paths by clicking "Save pref."
Saves:
- The program should automatically determine your Profile ID. If not (e.g., you have multiple profiles), enter it manually.
- Select a save file (without the extension) and click "Add save."
- Open the game, access the in-game menu with Escape, select "Game," then "Load game" and choose your save.
Installing new mods/maps:
- Ensure all paths to the game and mods folder are correctly selected.
- Download your mod or map from a trusted source (e.g., GTA5-Mods).
- Select your mod (Select mod files) or map (Select map file).
- Click "Add Mod" or "Add Map." CAUTION: Verify correct installation (file should not be corrupted). You can check this in the tree view above the buttons (files are uploaded without the .zip extension!).
How to get Profile ID? (if the program cannot add it)
- Navigate to "Your Documents," "Rockstar Games," "GTA V," and "Profiles." The folder names represent your profile IDs.
Versions:
v0.17.48:
- Initial update
v0.21.06:
- Fixed several bugs.
- Introduced the "install new mods" button with a complete installation layout from websites (allowing you to add both maps and mods).
TODO:
- Support for .rar files (for now, simply copy files into a new .zip file).
- Bug elimination
