Easy Install (Standalone executable):
A) Download Riot_Editor.zip from a file hosting service.

...OR...

Other Install (Requires third-party software):
B) Download files from this page. Then download & install AutoHotKey.

...THEN...

1) Place files into your GTAV main folder.
2) Done. Run 'Riot Editor', customize your factions and start the mod.

(Note: EXE flags as a false positive on virus scan)

About:
This is a small add-on application for Trumple's Ped Riot/Chaos mode. It features a user interface for quick & easy riot changes without manually editing config files. It includes a preset config file with all San Andreas factions: law enforcement, escaped prisoners, and rival gangs! Edit main settings, member population per gang, and faction toggles. Future updates include weapon editing per faction.

Note:
This config file relies on default ped models. Replaced peds may appear during riots if they are gang members. For example, Ghost Rider might spawn in a gang if you installed a Ghost Rider script that replaces a ped model.
