Development: Whelen V-POD

This is a Whelen V-POD originally from 3DWarehouse that I converted to GTAIV with help from ObsidianGames. I then further adapted it for use on vehicles in GTA V.

I'm not doing much modding these days, so I decided to release this for the community. It isn't perfect and has some texture issues (areas where I didn't texture properly), but it still looks good!
