Customizable Game Launcher

Quick note: This script works only for users who purchased the game through the Rockstar Games Launcher. Users who bought the game on Epic or Steam will not be able to use this script, as it is not compatible with those platforms. This simple tool allows you to launch GTA 5 with or without mods. All mods are loaded from the **dinput8.dll** file. If this file has a different name or doesn't exist, no mods will be loaded. ReShade uses a separate file called **dxgi.dll**, which enhances graphics. However, Rockstar Games states that attempting to tamper with GTA Online behavior by installing or executing mods, scripts, or other exploits, modifying game files, or manipulating the game in any way while it is running will result in disciplinary action including but not limited to time in the cheater pool, bans and potential suspension of your account. The decision on whether or not to use ReShade is ultimately yours. Always ensure you are using the **mods** folder and never modify original Rockstar Games files. Using the **mods** folder is crucial as reinstalling mods can be a hassle. This might not work if the launcher is installed in a different location than the default. By default, it should be installed one directory below the game installation folder (e.g., D:\Games\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V -- your game installation folder; D:\Games\Rockstar Games\Launcher -- launcher installation folder). You won't need a second GTA 5 directory on your HDD. The script can be easily modified by anyone using a Windows batch file. **Requirements:** A legitimate copy of GTA 5. **Installation:** Extract the file and copy it to your GTA 5 installation directory. Run the script and follow the instructions. Optional: Copy the provided .ico file into the game directory. Create a shortcut and move it to your desktop. Change the icon of the shortcut. Edit the Target box with custom parameters for convenience.
