Custom Vehicle Modding Toolkit

This program generates autofilled dlc packs, so no more manual setup!

Instructions

  1. In the "Dlc Name" textbox, type your desired dlc pack name.
  2. Choose "Vehicle" as the dlc pack type.
  3. Click "Create Dlc" and choose a save location.
  4. Drag and drop the generated dlc pack into the "dlcpacks" folder (located here: "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks").
  5. Copy and paste "dlclist" into your "dlclist.xml" file (located here: "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data").
  6. For vehicle dlc packs, drag and drop tuning files ( .yft ) inside the "dlcname"_mods.rpf folder.
    Drag all files ( .yft, .ytd ) inside the "vehicles".rpf folder.
  7. If you have additional meta files like "carcols.meta," add them to the dlc archive. In any case, delete unused code from "content.xml" to avoid game errors.

- Added carvariation color customization directly within the application.
- The tool assigns standard colors for vehicles from the list.
- You can specify your own color options.
- The generated file has only one column with color variations.

Attention!

Some "vehicle.meta" settings require manual configuration to ensure the character's hands are on the steering wheel. Consider replacing the finished add-in "vehicle.meta".
