Connection Management Tool (Beta)

This basic tool enables you to edit the file "Relationship.dat". This file controls the relationship level between and against all pedestrian types in the game, such as civilians, cops, animals, gangs, etc.

How to use:

1. Select the pedestrian type in the combobox.
2. Fill the table with the relationship level against all other pedestrian types.
