You can find it here: SpeedLimiterDotNet Description This mod enables you to restrict the maximum speed your vehicle can achieve. You can increase the speed to raise the limit or decrease it to lower the limit. Installation 1. Install RageHook if you haven't already (Grand theft auto V/Plugins) 2. Drag SpeedLimiter.dll and SpeedLimiterConfig.ini into your Plugin folder. 3. Press f4 in-game to open the rage console and type: LoadPlugin SpeedLimiter.dll Controls You can assign custom keys for: SettingLimiter Accelerate Slow down Changelog -1.0.1 --Fixed a bug that prevented players from setting/removing the limiter when switching characters. -1.0 --Initial release.
