Two-Star Carjacking

This script will give the player a 2-star wanted level shortly after they steal any car that is being driven by someone else. Please note, this feature does not work on parked vehicles. If you have ideas on how to implement this functionality for parked cars, please let me know and I will try to add it.

This script requires ScriptHookV and Lua Plugin. To run the script, add stolenCar.lua into your 'addins' folder.
