Description

This script creates a blackout effect when you enter the cheat code "blackout". Vehicle lights and flashlights will remain unaffected.

Installation: Place SimpleBlackout.asi in your GTA folder.

Usage: Open the Cheat Code dialog box and type "blackout". Press enter. To disable the blackout effect, enter the cheat code again.
