Self-Adjusting Steering Alignment Update

This script modifies the game's instruction that automatically centers a vehicle's steering when the driver exits. It applies to both the player character and non-player characters.

Compatibility has been confirmed with versions v350 and v877. It is expected to function on all intermediate versions as well.
