Installation:

Drag and drop the Plugins folder into your GTAV directory.

Requirements:

• - Rage Plugin Hook
• - Dynamic Lighting System (DLS)
• - Los Santos County Sheriff Pack

Some people avoid using DLS because they think it's complex. They're completely wrong! It's incredibly simple and easy to install and use, much like ELS.
