Localizing Weather Alerts into Russian

This is a localization of a script mod for weather forecasting in the game. Periodically, notifications will appear with a weather forecast for the next few hours.

The original mod requires ScripthookV .NET to function.

Installation: Place the file into the "scripts" folder.
