The Civilian Surrender Mod enables you to apprehend pedestrians and vehicle occupants. Upon arresting a pedestrian, you can examine their identification card to view their name. Moreover, this mod compels any injured rebel pedestrian to surrender. How to install 1) Download and install the most recent ScripthookV .NET 2) Place CivilianSurrenderMod.dll within your scripts folder Usage Press X while aiming at any pedestrian/vehicle.
